Who we are

This site is run by Namida Lumina (Namida Atelier Records). Contact: press@namidalumina.com.

What we collect

Newsletter. If you sign up, we collect your email address, the time you agreed and the wording you agreed to. We send you one email asking you to confirm; you are only added to the list after you press the button in it. If you don't confirm, nothing is kept.

Browsing. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our host keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and protect the site.

Why

To send you news about new releases and episodes, because you asked for it (consent). You can withdraw at any time.

Who processes it

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores the mailing list and sends the emails for us.
• Vercel hosts the site and runs the signup form.

Embedded players

YouTube and Spotify players only load when you press play. Until then, no request goes to them. Once loaded, YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) and Spotify apply their own privacy policies. Links to Spotify, YouTube, Bandcamp and social sites take you to those services.

How long

We keep your email until you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed signups are never stored by us; the confirmation link expires after 48 hours.

Your rights

Unsubscribe with the link in any email, or write to press@namidalumina.com to see, correct or delete your data. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
